Started during Lockdown, working in partnership with Grounded Events, we ran a series of design thinking workshops to identify key participant personas and market opportunities. We ideated on multiple directions and concepts before ultimately landing on Brighton Trail Weekend - A weekend celebrating everything Trail and helping seasoned road runners dip their toe into the world of trail running.
Using the same process we then ideated and conceived the brand, commissioned photography, merchandise, marketing strategy and a new refined digital experience that we went on to build, deliver and maintain.

The event went ahead in June 2022 after the UK events industry came out of hibernation. It had an incredibly successful launch year, with several thousand trail runners and walkers.
Brighton Trail Weekend was purchased late 2022.
